• your drivers licence
• your taxi licence
• your ABN (you must be GST registered)
• a passport quality photo of yourself

If you don't already have a taxi licence from your State Government regulator, please select your state to obtain your taxi licence now:

• New South Wales (T Conditon)
• Northern Territory (CPV ID Card)
• Queensland (Driver Authority)
• South Australia (Driver Accreditation Card) (If you do not have your taxi licence, please complete this application before you contact the Department for Infrastructure and Transport for your taxi licence. Please click the Sign Up to Get Started button now)
• Victoria Accreditation Certificate and Accredited Driver Card
• Western Australia (PTD Authorisation)
• Tasmania (Taxi Licence)
